GBOLAHAN JOSHUA
Executive Director
Gbolahan Joshua was appointed Executive Director, Chief Operations and Information Officer (COIO) in September 2019. He previously served as the General Manager, Chief Operations and Information Officer and he is currently responsible for Operations, Technology, Digital Banking, Investor Relations, Business Transformation, Performance Management, and the Corporate Strategy of Fidelity Bank.
He joined the bank in April 2014 as the Divisional Head, Strategy, Innovations and Business Transformation. Prior to that, he worked in major financial institutions where he held several managerial and leadership positions including United Bank for Africa, First City Monument Bank, and Citizens International Bank.
Gbolahan attended Kings College Lagos, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and he is a chartered accountant. He has attended several leadership and executive management trainings in leading institutions including Harvard Business School, Institute of Management Development, and IESE Business School
