Africa FinTech Festival – Beyond the Hype of Fintech and Its Promises

The Africa Fintech Festival (AFF) held its 3rd national fintech conference in Nigeria on the 3rd to 7th of December, 2018.  The event which was themed “Beyond the hype of Fintech and its promises” took place at the Landmark Event Centre in Lagos with a teeming audience in attendance.

As evidenced in the volume of funds being channeled into the continent’s FinTech startups, Africa is fast becoming the most sought-after amongst investors from various parts of the world.    The AFF presented an opportunity to address the promises and future of FinTech, especially in the African context.

The festival provided a veritable platform for Fidelity Bank to showcase its innovative products and services in the fintech space.  It was also an opportunity to strengthen and build new relationships with players in the industry.
