I joined this bank in October 2020 fresh out of NYSC. It is my first work experience in a standard corporate environment. It has been a great experience for me and a total confidence boost for me as an individual, I have learnt a lot on the job. It has increased my skillset in customer relationship management, team building and interpersonal effectiveness, even my organizational and communication skills. Working here has been good for my career growth, the bank lets everyone in on the goals and targets therefore pushing us to be our best and take huge steps to succeed both as an individual and an organization. Here there's no room for failure. We work together and grow together which makes it all the more interesting. My Manager always tell us, "take every extra work given to you as an opportunity to learn", and the moment I accepted that, I have found no work too tasking but rather seen it as a preparation for the future.

I joined Fidelity bank 1st November 2019 and it has been an amazing journey of learning and development. I have had the opportunity to collaborate with various colleagues and learn better ways of doing things. I have also had to develop my leadership skills from both peers and experienced colleagues. More importantly, I am more confident in relating with people now and see the need to follow things through to the end, with a view to always achieve outstanding results.

I joined Fidelity Bank expecting to exit after a couple of years to pursue my personal career aspirations. When I joined in 2018, I fully expected the usual banking sector environment but was pleasantly surprised by the warm, professional, but almost family-like ambience of the Bank. The way and manner I was inducted and how HR and my supervisors kept tabs on my progress, as well as showed interest in what I wanted to do, surprised me. Today, I can boldly say most of my tightest friends are colleagues and Fidelity Bank remains a solid vehicle for me to meet my present and future aspirations.

Working in Fidelity Bank Plc has afforded me the opportunity to improve my knowledge on how corporate organizations work due to my daily interactions with customers as a salesperson and in my quest to solve problems daily. This has helped develop my problem-solving skills and critical thinking capabilities, helping me make good judgement calls. I will forever be grateful to Fidelity bank for providing the platform for many of us to thrive.

Fidelity Bank is a lovely place to work. I have spent 3 years with the Bank, and I can say I love working here and look forward to coming to work often. The culture, the environment and the people are enabling. Our goal to be a Tier 1 Bank has emboldened and motivated us to always strive to be the best and that is what I want for myself.
