Graduate
Trainee Programme
We offer young graduates exceptional career opportunities to achieve great things by helping them to inculcate the required skills and expertise to excel in their preferred career path while making a positive contribution to the growth and expansion of the business.
Prospective candidates for the Graduate Recruitment Programme must meet the following criteria:
- A graduate with a minimum of second-class lower division from an accredited University
- Have completed the compulsory NYSC programme and possess a certificate
- Have completed WAEC/NECO with at least 5 credits, including Mathematics and English
- Must be no more than 26 years of age prior to application
Internships
Fidelity Bank offers internship opportunities for students and graduates to gather technical expertise and build competencies to make an impact in their career. This also affords students and graduates the opportunity to gain vital on-the-job experience.
Graduate
Developer Programme
Fidelity bank offers a specialized internship opportunity to graduates from IT backgrounds to gather vital on-the-job experience and technical expertise for a period of 12 months. At the end of this period the graduates are evaluated and given the opportunity to be converted into full time employees of the Bank.
