Youth Empowerment

In demonstration of the Bank’s commitment to Financial Inclusion in Nigeria, The Fidelity Youth Empowerment Academy, a bi-annual skills acquisition programme in 2016 was introduced to educate, engage, and empower undergraduates of Nigerian tertiary institutions across the country.

Since its inception, four editions have held successfully at institutions in Enugu, Birnin Kebbi, Anambra and Rivers states with over 2,000 participants.

In essence, we have succeeded in making entrepreneurs out of students who will be financially responsible and independent thereby deepening Financial Inclusion.
