Campaign Overview: The Heart to Cart Valentine Campaign is organised by Fidelity Bank Plc to promote the use of Fidelity Bank Debit Cards and Mobile App channels.

Campaign Period: 10th February – 20th February, 2026.

Eligibility: Participation is open to active Fidelity Bank customers only with a valid account, Fidelity Bank Debit Card, and/or access to the Fidelity Mobile App. Only successful transactions completed within the campaign period qualify.

Debit Card Cashback Reward: Customers who spend a minimum of N100,000 in a single transaction using their Fidelity Bank Debit Card during the campaign period will receive N5,000 cashback for the first 500people. Cashback is limited to one reward per customer, credited after transaction validation on 20th Feb. Failed, reversed, or disputed transactions are not eligible. Cashback will be processed within 5–10 working days, while the campaign reward pool lasts. Staff members are excluded.

Valentine Gift Transfer Engagement (Mobile App): Customers are to post their love-letter screenshot, tag fidelity and the ones with the highest likes, comment and shares will be picked. Customers who make a minimum N50,000 Valentine gift transfer using the Fidelity Mobile App may participate in the campaign engagement. Selected eligible participant will be invited to a Valentine Dinner Experience at Eko Signature Lounge, subject to campaign validation rules and highest number of likes, comments on posts and engagements of customer’s post where we are tagged. The selection process does not involve lottery, chance, or random draws.

Participation Process and Requirements: Customers sharing proof of transaction must blur account numbers, balances, and sensitive financial information before posting screenshots or receipts, and may tag Fidelity Bank’s official campaign handle. Entries exposing sensitive information may be removed for customer protection.

Engagement Integrity: Vote buying, bot engagement, artificial likes/comments, duplicate entries, or manipulated participation are prohibited and will result in disqualification. Fidelity Bank reserves the right to audit participation and engagement activity.

Data Privacy & Consent: By participating, customers consent to the use of submitted content for campaign purposes and acknowledge responsibility for shared information. All personal data will be processed in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).

General Conditions: Fidelity Bank reserves the right to verify transactions, disqualify fraudulent participation, modify campaign timelines where necessary, and substitute rewards with items of equivalent value. The Bank’s decision regarding the Campaign shall be final.
