How to Request for Fidelity Virtual Card

Log on to our mobile app

Go to function (The three bar at the top left)

Click on Cards > Virtual cards > Input PIN or Token (From token app)

Click on Create card > Open a new account or Use an existing account

Select account > Purpose > Name on card

Click on Create card

Card PAN will be generated with expiry date and CVV.

How to Activate Fidelity Virtual Card

Log on to our mobile app

Go to function (The three bar at the top left)

Click on Cards > Virtual cards

Click on Manage virtual cards

Click Change PIN

Virtual card is activated
